Dog Attack Results in Lawsuit

Last spring I was doing some yard work in my backyard when my neighbors Pit Bull came out of nowhere and attacked me. He grabbed onto my leg and wouldn’t let go. Finally, my neighbor came out and got the dog off of me. This dog was always let out without a leash of any kind on. Immediately, I went to the hospital and the doctor said the dog had torn some of my tendons and that I shouldn’t go back to work for awhile.
