    Visiting Dad At The Costa Rica Dental Clinic

    Maria and I were heading to South America to visit her family, whom she had not seen in over three years.  Nor had they met me either.  Her father was the town dentist in the coastal town that she grew up in.  Now understand, Maria loves me very much, but to be honest, I was a little nervous to meet my future father in law and ask his permission, all while at his Costa Rica Dental Clinic.  But I armed myself with the knowledge that I had never known a violent dentist.  So I screwed up my courage, and walked in.  He rushed at me and gave me a huge hug!  he already knew!
