In my line of business, it is very important that I find people that are dependable and trustworthy to work with. There has been times when I have hired people only to fire them again for theft. I don’t like going through this process to have taken steps in preventing it from happening again. I always the find criminal records and make sure that the person I may be hiring is a person that is reliable and a person I can trust. I have been able to save the trouble of hiring people and losing money because of them and I am very grateful.
