Executor of will … a job I don’t want

My neighbor was a person who lived in isolation. She had 5 children but they never came by to visit their mom here in Dallas. I guess you could say she was a recluse. Last fall, she was diagnosed with liver cancer and it soon spread to other parts of her body. She died last month. After the funeral I was informed by her attorney that she made me the the executor of her will but the problem is I do not want the executor of will responsibilities. I have already been contacted by two of her children who want money. It’s crazy for me to take the responsibility, I barely knew my neighbor. Any ideas?
